We ship items Monday through Friday. IF YOU CHOOSE "LOCAL PICKUP" and you live out of state and need your item shipped, your order will be on hold until shipping is paid for.
Our shipping time frame is usually within 5 days. If needed sooner, please email us to let us know. Tracking is updated on the website. We do not ship on weekends.

We are a Storefront and Online, so we have a strict return policy.
Items have to be shipped back asap within 7 days of tracking receipt, in original condition with tags still attached, to receive store credit or exchange of item. Shipping fees are non refundable and the cost of original shipping will be deducted on the refund. If Item is received AFTER the time allowed it will be Returned to sender.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen, or damage products, and we only ship to the address you provide at checkout, or the current PAYPAL confirmed shipping address. (Make sure that that address is updated)
IF YOU PACKAGE SHOWS UP ON THE USPS WEBSITE THAT IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND YOU CONTACT ME SAYING THAT YOU NEVER RECEIVED YOUR ITEM. I'M SORRY HOWEVER, I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR AT FAULT FOR LOST ITEMS. I WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH RECEIPTS AND YOU CAN TAKE IT UP WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE, OR I WILL HELP WITH A INSURANCE CLAIM.....
